ISLE OF PALMS, South Carolina – Wild Dunes Resort has named John D’Angelo as Director of Resort Operations. D’Angelo previously served as the opening general manager for Grand Hyatt Nashville, a property with 591 rooms, seven food and beverage outlets and 77,000 square feet of meeting space.
D’Angelo will be responsible for overseeing all departments at Wild Dunes Resort, including the AAA Four-Diamond Rated Boardwalk Inn, the Residences at Sweetgrass, private condos, luxury home vacation rentals and its new 153-room Sweetgrass Inn opening in spring 2021.
Located on the northern tip of this barrier island, Wild Dunes Resort is 30 minutes north of downtown Charleston and features two Tom Fazio-designed golf courses (Links and Harbor), tennis, spa services and several restaurant options.
