Pembroke Pines: The perfect place to play with your pals!

Pembroke Pines Country Club, sandwiched between the towns of Concord and Manchester, New Hampshire, is a semi-private 18-hole championship golf course open to the public, featuring natural landscapes and stunning views of the central New England region.

PEMBROKE, New Hampshire – For those who have the pleasure of visiting, and those who have the privilege of living here, New Hampshire is one of the most beautiful places in the United States!

From the ocean-side beaches to the White Mountains to the famous Lakes Region, the Granite State truly has something for everyone who loves the outdoors.

Not to be lost among the natural beauties the state has to boast, is the amazing array of golf courses that can be found here. And just like the variety that Mother Nature offers, the various courses and country clubs you will find in New Hampshire also have something to offer everyone who swings a club.

In the central portion of the state, between the city of Manchester and the state capitol of Concord, sits Pembroke Pines Country Club.

This is an every-man’s golf course that has just about everything you could want when you’re spending a day with three of your closest friends! For your pre-round routine there is a practice area and putting green. The green is multi-tiered, so this makes practice more rewarding and at the same time can offer a fun surface to lay down some friendly putting contests!

Pembroke Pines Country Club features a highly touted layout and one that’s fair to all levels of golfers, with golf course conditions that rival a private country club and a club staff eager to make your visit as pleasurable as possible.

The course is in fantastic shape! The front 9 features long, lush fairways lined with less-than-forgiving rough. A fun front half of your round as long as you’re hitting it straight that day. The 9th hole is a slightly downhill Par 5 back to the clubhouse, a long 3 shot journey to the green, reachable in two by only a few!

Stop into the Pembroke Pub and grab a cold local brew and a bite to eat. Hopefully you were wise, read the menu and called from the 8th tee box and placed your order ahead of time! Either way, when grabbing your mid-round snack, try your luck and play some Keno, you may finish your round and discover that your day has just been paid for with a winning ticket!

The back 9 at Pembroke Pines has received a lot of work over the past two years, and the difference is monumental. The course is a more open yet retains the tight feel on some holes with tree-lined fairways. Don’t fret, there is still plenty of room to land your tee shots, but the visual of the tall pines tends to make you think otherwise. Swing with confidence! The newly paved cart paths throughout the back give a smooth ride that you can not help but to enjoy while driving to your next shot. And a recently completed new 18th hole, which has been met with raved reviews, puts the perfect finishing touch on a round at Pembroke Pines.

Pembroke Pines does not offer some of the higher-end amenities that some courses have, but they also don’t charge you nearly as much to golf, and that’s what it’s all about, right? The course is always in great shape, and regardless of skill level, it is a fun yet challenging track.

They also offer Full Swing Golf Simulators in the winter so you can keep swinging all year long! Add in the fun of playing a game of pool in the Pub, or cornhole on the deck, or just reminiscing with your buddies about that putt you just sank out on 15, and you have a Country Club that is enjoyable to everyone who swings a club.

Pembroke Pines Country Club should be added to your “must-play” list for central New England.
