Hyannisport Club to host 34th Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights fundraiser

The Hyannisport Club, annually ranked as one of the top private clubs in the U.S., will host the 34th edition of the Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights golf tournament on Friday October 13, with proceeds directed toward its ongoing mission to support humanitarian work around the world.

BOSTON, Mass – Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights, a nonpartisan, not-for-profit organization that has worked to realize Robert F. Kennedy’s dream of a more just and peaceful world since 1968, will host its 34th annual fundraising golf tournament on Friday, October 13, at the Hyannisport Club in Hyannis Port, Mass.

Special guests from the sports and entertainment industries will join Kerry Kennedy, the president of Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights, and several members of the Kennedy family, for the day’s festivities. VIP attendees include actor/comedian Keegan-Michael Key; actors Tim Daly, Richard Kind, Dennis Haysbert, and Matt McCoy; actress Corbin Reid; former Pittsburgh Steelers player Max Starks IV; former New England Patriots players Tully Banta-Cain and Max Lane; and former Boston Red Sox player and Cy Young Award winning pitcher Jim Lonborg, among others. Teeing off at 11:00 am, the tournament will conclude with closing festivities and an awards ceremony.

The Hyannisport Club is less than a mile from the Kennedy Compound and has been a favored venue for the family for generations. Proceeds from the tournament support Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights’ programs and strategic litigation, powering the organization’s social justice and civil rights work around the globe.
