In addition, an alt-cast – “The No Glaze Zone” – will air at 2 p.m. ET each day of coverage, featuring a dynamic variety show of golf-related content and alternative commentary stewarded by Babygrande’s Domingo “Chi Chi Grande” Neris and special guests. Babygrande Golf will also feature snackable content across its network of golf social media pages, with an aggregate reach of more than 1.5 million followers.
Former PGA TOUR players Tripp Isenhour and Steve Scott, longtime GOLF Channel broadcaster David Marr III, University of Virginia women’s head coach Ria Scott and Babygrande Golf’s Domingo “Chi Chi Grande” Neris will call the action and provide alternative commentary before and during all 54 holes.

Babygrande Golf was founded in 2022 to support the worldwide growth and development of junior, amateur and collegiate golf, and is a division of Babygrande Global, Inc., an American diversified corporation based in New York with holdings in the music, film, sports, craft beer, media and supercar industries.
Babygrande Golf, which has sponsored, produced and marketed content related to several high visibility junior and college tournaments, will take the next step in its evolution with the live stream production and alt-cast for the Babygrande Donald Ross Collegiate. The live stream will feature first-class production value and utilize cameras positioned around the golf course to bring viewers all the action. George Mason men’s golf coach Greg Pieczynski will serve as the tournament’s “Master of Ceremonies.”
“What we’re doing with the Babygrande Donald Ross Collegiate is truly the start of an entire new era in golf live streaming. This is an exciting moment for us, and something that we have been working toward for a number of years,” said Chuck Wilson, CEO and Chairman, Babygrande Global, Inc. “Our research indicates that only 17 percent of Gen Z ages 12-27 watch television at all. We will reveal our new and innovative ways to present the product at each golf tournament that we produce for live streaming. We look forward to breaking some new ground next week and provide viewers with our first iteration of a unique experience in terms of how they consume golf content online.”

The Babygrande Donald Ross Collegiate will feature a field of 20 Division I teams from colleges and universities across the country. The teams include: Bowling Green State University, College of William & Mary, Elon University, George Mason University, George Washington University, Georgetown University, Loyola University Chicago, Loyola University Maryland, Old Dominion University, Ohio University, Saint Joseph’s University, Seton Hall University, St. Bonaventure University, St. John’s University (New York), Towson University, University of Dayton, University of South Dakota, University of Tennessee Chattanooga, University of Toledo and Xavier University.
While 2025 marks the first year of Babygrande’s involvement with the tournament, the Donald Ross Collegiate is in its fifth year. Loyola University Maryland is the defending champion and the only two-time winner of the event. Last year’s individual champion was Miami of Ohio’s Brett Podobinski, who shot 6-under-par 69-74-66—-209.
A rarity among Donald Ross masterpieces, Mid Pines remains exactly as the world-renowned architect built it in 1921 and impeccably restored in 2013 by Kyle Franz, who will be featured in the production. The renovation was honored as GOLF Magazine’s Best U.S. Resort Renovation and Restoration of the Year, and Mid Pines is ranked among Golf Digest’s 100 Greatest Public Courses.
