95 Shore Restaurant and Bar, is Cape Cod’s newest eatery, offering a stunning setting that overlooks Nantucket sound and features a redesigned wraparound bar and dining area, that is open to the public.

MASHPEE, Mass. – The Club at New Seabury has raised the bar in casual and fine cuisine with the opening of its new 95 Shore Restaurant and Bar.

The 156-seat restaurant is located at the Club’s newly renovated Country Club on 95 Shore Drive West, and is part of a multi-year, multi-million dollar Club capital improvement.

Kicking-off with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, 95 Shore will serve lunch and dinner 5 days a week, Wednesday – Sunday with lunch beginning on Wednesday, June 19th.

An extensive interior and exterior renovation of New Seabury’s Country Club has recaptured the stunning setting of the property, while maintaining its historic Cape Cod charm. When you arrive at 95 Shore you are greeted by an expansive wraparound bar as the focal point where an ocean view can be captured from every seat. The design elements – Oceanic tile and a mix of industrial and coastal elements, quartz, and waterfall edges complement exposed beams with expansive views of the Nantucket Sound and the Club’s two premier championship golf courses.

The chic new setting features the culinary vision and creations of Executive Chef, Mark Porcaro and Senior Director of Food & Beverage, Pedro Gonzalez with a new 95 Shore menu offering USDA Prime steaks, fresh seafood and one of the Cape’s best wine programs with more than 220 selections. Porcaro features many locally sourced foods and special pairings from a stellar wine selection of family-owned vineyards, old and new world favorites and top-quality pours.

The Club at New Seabury is a private, gated golf community with two Championship golf courses – The Ocean & The Dunes – with 42,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, private beach club, fitness center, tennis and the newly opened 95 Shore Restaurant and Bar, that is open to the public.

95 Shore has an incredible value and one of the most extensive wine lists on the Cape,” said Gonzalez. “The new wine wall, holding 828 bottles of wine is not only a site to be seen, but also features brands that wine connoisseurs will delight in.”

They have also kicked the nibbling up a notch with starters like Lobster Bolognese and Kung Pao Cauliflower. 95 Shore’s bar has a full menu of local craft beers on tap, and a diverse selection of cocktails including Pedro’s Signature Sangria.

95 Shore’s atmosphere makes you feel comfortable, while providing extraordinary food” said Porcaro. Porcaro, an award-winning chef with New England roots (originally from Arlington, MA), has close to 30 years of experience including having worked at four Five Star venues.

95 Shore’s interior dining space offers breath taking views of the golf course that extends out to the Atlantic Ocean, plus an extension of seating options was created outside with a 6,000 square foot wrap around deck.

In addition to 95 Shore’s interior dining space, an extension of seating options was created outside with a 6,000 square foot wrap around deck to take in the breath taking views of the golf course that extends out to the Ocean. As the sun sets, you can relax in the new large gazebo (with seating for 120) with a large fireplace, built in T.V and custom herringbone plank cedar, one of many unique accents.

Lukasz Wasiak of WoodCraft Designers & Builders LLC oversaw the renovations as the General Contractor, Brian Dunkelberger of S3 Design, Inc. served as the Architect and created the design, and Laurie Anastos, owner of Interior Design Concepts and Remodeling Inc. managed all interior design elements.
