Set far above the picturesque village of Jackson, New Hampshire, and only minutes from the shops and restaurants of North Conway, Eagle Mountain is one of New England’s neatest 9-hole golf courses.
The Eagle Mountain House & Golf Club is a par 32 golf course that winds its way along the Wildcat River and features elevated tees, with spectacular mountain views, from each of its nine holes.
The golf facility also includes a (very) small pro shop, and a practice area/driving range (with more great views).
Eagle Mountain House & Golf Club is open May through October.
Greens fees vary, depending on day, time, and other variables – but are generally very affordable. Gas carts and pull carts are available for rent. (Pro tip: Rent a gas cart… it’s steep.)
On our trip, the staff was extremely friendly and hospitable.
