Majors Challenge names Ed Woronicz Director of Business Development

Ed Woronicz, a well-known golf industry executive for 40 years, has been named Director of Business Development for Majors Challenge, a fast-growing golf fantasy company.

BOSTON, Mass – Majors Challenge, a New Jersey-based fantasy golf business that simplifies the process of running golf pools, has named Edmund Woronicz Director of Business Development.

Woronicz, a PGA professional since 1981, brings 40 years of golf industry experience in sales, branding, marketing, and business development to the team headed by Majors Challenge CEO Dan Pitluk.

Woronicz who has served in many roles during his career including Head Golf Professional, Director of Instruction and Golf Operations, Executive Director of a nonprofit, Director of Sales for a PGA Champions Tour event and Managing Partner and Business owner. He has spent the past seven years as Director of Business Development in the golf travel industry.
