LPGA Tournament of Champions Jan. 30 – Feb. 2

Nelly Korda, the reigning LPGA Player of the Year, along with 31 LPGA players will tee it up in the season-opening Tournament of Champions at Lake Nona Country Club Jan. 30 - Feb. 2.

ORLANDO, Florida – The 2025 Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions will once again be the official, season-opening LPGA Tour event beginning Thursday, January 30, to Sunday, February 2, at Lake Nona Golf & Country Club in Orlando, Florida. The tournament will feature a player field of champions from the previous two LPGA seasons, competing alongside an incredible lineup of celebrities from the worlds of sports and entertainment.

Recently inducted into the Hall of Fame, Lydia Ko, who won last year’s tournament and just happens to live next to Lake Nona’s 2nd fairway, will join a field of 32 other players that will include World No.1 Nelly Korda who won 7 times in 2024.

Some of the other top female golfers taking part in the 2025 Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions include 2023 champion Brooke Henderson, 2023 Rookie of the Year Haeran Ryu, and fast-rising U.S. player Lauren Coughlin.

The Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions features LPGA winners competing for $2 million in official prize money. They will play 72 holes of stroke play with no cut. They will be joined on the course by up to 50 sports and entertainment celebrities competing for their own $500,000 purse using a modified Stableford format. A group of amateur golfers who qualify during the event’s Pro-Am also play alongside the stars in official tournament rounds.

Celebrities scheduled to compete include defending champion Jeff McNeil, 2-time winner and World Series Champion John Smoltz, Pro Football Hall of Famer Marcus Allen, NBA Champion Ray Allen, Olympic Tennis Medalist Marcy Fish, Award Winning Actor Don Cheadle, and College Football Hall of Fame coach Urban Meyer.

Women in the celebrity field include LPGA Hall of Famer Annika Sorenstam, World Cup champion Brandi Chastain, Golf Channel and NBC Sports reporter Kira Dixon, television personality and model Blair O’Neal and content creator Hally Leadbetter, daughter of renowned instructor David Leadbetter.

How to caught all the action? All four days are nationally televised, with Thursday and Friday on Golf Channel, and Saturday and Sunday on Golf channel and NBC.
