TG Intelligent Caddie: The Caddie That Thinks Ahead

TG Caddies is an intelligent Scooter/Trolley AI-powered, with follow-me ability, multi-wheel electric golf bag cart that navigates the course, avoids obstacles, and can act as a personal scooter.

ORLANDO, Florida – Each year at the PGA Show, I walk past hundreds of “next big things.” Most are interesting. A few are impressive. And once in a while, one will stop me in my tracks, make me turn around, and say, “Okay – that’s different.” This year, one of those products was a scooter.

Yes, It’s a golf scooter.

Well… not just any golf scooter, a really smart one.

TG Caddies calls it the Intelligence Caddie, and after spending time with it on the show floor, I can see why. If your mind immediately flashes back to the early generation of golf scooters – those two-wheeled, skateboard-like contraptions that tipped over if you so much as sneezed – you’re not alone. I fell off one of those myself. Fortunately, this is a completely different animal.

The Intelligence Caddie is built on a three-wheel, reverse-tricycle design, featuring two wheels up front and one in the rear. The result is a wide, planted stance that feels rock-solid whether it’s parked unattended or loaded with a 40-pound golf bag and a 200-pound rider. Stability is clearly a priority here – and it shows.

Naturally, the next question is weight and portability. If it’s built this sturdy, surely it must weigh a ton, right? Surprisingly, no. The scooter weighs just 40 pounds and folds down compactly enough to fit into most car trunks. Lifting it in and out of your vehicle is no more difficult than handling a standard push cart.

Health-conscious golfers might also wonder: What if I want to walk instead of ride? Do I have to push the scooter?
Only if you want to. With a simple tap on the wrist-mounted remote, you can activate “Follow Me” mode, and the scooter will trail behind you like a loyal caddie – no pushing required.

Then there’s some features that truly earns the “Intelligence” name. For courses with blind shots – over hilltops or around doglegs – the scooter is equipped with an integrated drone system. Yep, it’s got a real drone! Activate it, and the drone flies overhead, feeding live video back to the Caddie’s control panel so you can see what’s waiting for you beyond the rise or around the corner.

And for the truly tech-savvy golfer, the Caddie goes even further. Built-in AI technology can analyze the drone footage and recommend which club to hit. No, it won’t swing the club for you (yet), but after your round you can log into your personal dashboard, where the AI provides performance insights and coaching tips designed to help you improve your game.

By now, you’re probably thinking, What doesn’t it do? Answer – not much.

Need a cooler for your adult beverages? It’s available. Can I carry extra stuff? Sure, just order the optional towing cart. If your next thought is, Where can I buy one? – you’ll need just a bit of patience.

At the PGA Show, only prototype demo models were on display. The Intelligence Caddie is simply too new and too hot. Full production and retail availability are scheduled for September release, possibly sooner.

You can also reserve your place in line for one of the first production units by placing a fully refundable $500 deposit at this link: https://tgcaddy.com/#preorder

If this scooter delivers on everything it promises, it may just change the way we move around the
golf course and lower our handicap. Who needs a real Caddy when you have one of these?
