How to watch the 2025 CME Group Tour Championship

CME Group Chairman & CEO Terry Duffy presents Jeeno Thitikul with the $4 million winner's check at the 2024 CME Group Tour Championship at Tiburon Golf Club in Naples.

NAPLES, Florida – Okay sports fans it’s November and football season is only halfway done. For those with an aversion to football, who loathe basketball and think hockey is for lunatics, you might want to pay attention to the premier professional women’s golf event of the year going on this week at prestigious Tiburon Golf Club in Naples.

It’s called the CME Group Tour Championship where 60 elite female pros will tee off in one of the richest tournaments on the circuit. At stake: $11 million purse with whopping $4 million first-place check. The second-place pays a cool $1 million while the lowest tier paycheck is $55,000.

Even though these ladies are top 60, when you tune in, many names will not be recognizable unless you follow worldwide women’s pro golf. Trust me they are really, really good. There is always drama in big time women’s professional golf events like this week’s season finale at CME, especially the finishing holes because there is pressure. The men’s top tour players seem to handle pressure better, but the women’s pro events always show signs of flaws, which the average golfer can relate to. Tune in this weekend to find out.

World No. 2 Nelly Korda, 27, has yet to win a tournament in 2025 after capturing seven titles last year.

Last year, Jeeno Thitikul finished eagle-birdie on the final two holes helping her secure victory, finishing at 22-under par to claim her fourth LPGA Tour title and the historic $4 million winner’s check, the largest first-place prize in women’s golf. Thitikul is ranked World No. 1 and Nelly Korda is No. 2.
